Who we are
Harventra Group Ltd is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (company number 17368048). We are the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at sales@harventragroup.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send a supplier enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, job title, company, email address, phone number, website, supplier type, product categories and message. We also record the date and time, the country your connection comes from, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, which we use only to prevent spam.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to explore and manage a trading relationship with your business. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and developing our business, and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which hosts this website. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to trade together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email sales@harventragroup.co.uk to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
