A straightforward business to supply.
Harventra Group buys branded consumer goods from distributors, wholesalers and brand owners, and sells them to UK customers online. We focus on recognised brands with steady demand, across health & beauty, household, baby, toys, tech and sports.
We keep things simple for the people who supply us: clear orders, hassle-free payments and straight answers. We're not chasing one-off deals. We're looking for suppliers we can keep ordering from as we grow.

We check the lines against our sales channels and come back with the ones we'd like to order. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Trial order
A first order to check stock, packaging and lead times on both sides. Small is fine; we're happy to start there.

When lines sell through, we reorder them. That's the relationship we're after, and it grows as we do.

Do you have a minimum order value?
No fixed minimum. We're happy to start with a smaller trial order to check stock and lead times, and scale up from there.
What can you send us for our account application?
Our company registration details are in the Company details section and in the supplier pack. If your form needs anything else, ask and we'll provide it.
Are you VAT registered?
Not at present. You invoice us with VAT as normal. We'll let our suppliers know if and when that changes.
Where do you sell?
Online, to UK consumers, through established marketplaces. We don't sell to trade or export stock.
Do you need samples?
Usually not. A price list with brand, product, pack size, barcode and price is enough for us to evaluate a range.
What payment terms do you work on?
Whatever we agree with you. Proforma on a first order is fine, and we honour the terms we've agreed. Your cash flow matters to us.
Do you buy clearance or short-dated stock?
Our focus is regular replenishment lines, but we'll consider clearance stock if it's genuine, in date and from a recognised brand.
Do you work with suppliers outside the UK?
We're UK-based and mainly buy from UK suppliers. If you're elsewhere and can deliver to the UK, get in touch and we'll take a look.
